As of March 15, 2024, we have implemented revised charges per item and excess baggage policy to enhance our services and streamline our operations. Please take note of the following changes:

Baggage Allowance:

1. Tourist Class and Open-Air Accommodation: The free baggage allowance per passenger has been reduced to ten (10) kilograms.

2.Business Class: The free baggage allowance remains unchanged at twenty (20) kilograms per passenger. Additionally, the policy allowing one trolley bag to be hand-carried by Business Class passengers, provided it does not exceed a total dimension of 130cm (L+H+W), remains in effect.

3.Excess Baggage: All trolley bags and collapsible bags exceeding the total dimension of 130cm for tourist class and open-air passengers must be checked in. This measure is aimed at ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers by clearing the aisles of any obstructions.
